Yes, your satisfaction is our priority. For this reason we offer a 30-day return policy. Please always contact us at returns@instrumentboutique.com to obtain a return code before returning your goods. To be eligible for a full refund returned goods must be in the original packaging and in original unused condition. For this reason, certain products like strings can only be returned if you have not opened the packaging.
When you receive your package, be sure to check the items to make sure they are in perfect condition. In this way you will be able to return the items in their original packaging before the 30-day return period expires. In principle, items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded. In any case, please contact us and we will do our best to make you a happy customer.
In your return package please include:
- The original packing slip
- A note telling us what the problem was
- A note stating whether you would like a refund or a replacement of the defective item.
Please note: As part of the return process, upon receipt of an authorized return, if the returned item is found to be in perfect working condition, a 5% restocking fee with a minimum of 5€ will be applied.
Please allow up to 3 weeks after we receive the returned item, to receive your replacement or refund. Refunds will be applied to your payment account.
